Villa Peshlubec

This luxurious villa with private pool has an surface of approx. 265 sqm and is situated in an urbanisation ca. 6 kilometres from  Ferragudo and within walking distance to the famous Pestana golf courses “Pinta“ and “Gramacho”. It is a quiet neighbourhood with beautifull views towards the inland and Monchique mountains. The mature and well maintained garden from over 1000 sqm has a La Boule court (with balls) and a large sweet water pool (10 x 5m) with various depths invites the guests to relax and enjoy. There is a barbecue and sunbeds. The airconditioning can be used against a small fee, in Wintertime a log fire contributes to the cozy atmosphere. The Villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and private bathroom and 2 with twin beds, of which one has also its private bathroom and all 3 with   patio doors to the terrace. Pool and gardner service is included. The beaches from  Carvoeiro are just a 5 minute drive and   "Praia dos Caneiros" you can reach in about 10 minutes by car.
