This small studio apartment has a playfull and colourfull design and is situated about 2 kilometres outside from the centre of Ferragudo in a small apartment complex “Quinta da Palmeira” with mostly foreign residents (German) who are happy to give some tips and inside information. Welcome here are also children and pets, because the very large plot from far over 1000 square metres invites to run and play. Within the complex is a small plunge pool where on hotter days you can find refreshments, especial for the children there is also a trampoline, garden furniture and sun beds and a commune barbecue and pizza ofen are present.
The apartment is a studio, which means it has one 1 room and has ca. 20 m2. The room has a kitchenette and offers room for 1 -2 persons and there is a showerroom/Toilet. On request we can put in a babybed (against a small fee).
The appartment is last year completely restaured and new furnished. On the garden terrace you can enjoy your breakfast. To the main square in Ferragudo and the beach of “Praia Grande” you will need about 20 min.. on foot and only 4 minutes by car. Parking at the complex.
We advise a rental car, also to visit the other beaches a bit further away. Very suitable for longer winter lets because of the central heating. Monthly rates on request. Together with the neighbour apartments Kiki, Felix and Leo 12 - 14 people can enjoy their holiday here.
