This brand new apartment is situated almost opposite the square and market place of Ferragudo, on the other side of the canal. From the balcony you have a lovely view over the small harbour and fish market, where you can watch the fishermen. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of this new building with only 4 parties. The balcony is facing south and there is a large roof terrace for joint use with long chairs. The bed room is on the more calm back side of the apartment. Furnishing and equipment of high standard. Not suitable for small children.

As well in the living room as in the bedroom is air conditioning for cool air in summer and hot air in winter time. Also in the living room is a sofa bed which offers room for 2 persons more. In a few steps you are on the main square. To the neares beach of “Praia Grande” you will need about 10 minutes on foot. Parkinf in front of the house. Note please this is a NON SMOKING apartment!
