The entrance is at the front of the property on a small cobbled street, leading to the main square from the town and close to the Beroli tourist service. The interior of the house provides comfortable accommodation for 6 guests with an original planned kitchen and dining - living area with patio doors to the terrace, ideal for outdoor cooking on the built in barbecue. The owner, a well known local artist, whose work can be seen in many places in the Algarve, has made his impression throughout this unique holiday home. Modern equipped kitchen and the lounge/dining room has satellite TV and DVD. 1 twin bedroom and main bathroom downstairs and 1 twin bed room and the master bedroom with own bathroom on the first floor. Approx. 500m from the beach - The town centre wit its main square, shops and restaurants are just on the doorstep. Not suitable for very small children. Central heating inclusive in Winter and on request for a small fee in April, May and October. Car not necessary. Pets allowed on request.
